Online registration

Royal Ridge Academy receives the information and documents you submit to assess your application, communicate with you and prepare school administration and care records where a learner is accepted. This includes learner identity, parent/guardian contacts, previous-school information, supporting documents and the care information you choose to provide. Race, religion and marital status are optional.

The form sends your submission over HTTPS directly to the school’s registration service at portal.royalridgeacademy.co.za. It does not send application content to an AI service. Information is intended for authorised school staff handling admissions and learner administration. Staff review applications; this form does not make automatic acceptance decisions.

No personal-data draft or uploaded document is saved in this website’s browser storage. A random submission identifier is stored for safe retries in the current browser tab. Closing or refreshing the form loses your unsent details. Do not use a shared device without clearing the form and closing the tab when finished.

The school manages received records and their retention. Contact the school for its retention arrangements, to request access or correction, or to discuss withdrawal of consent and any records the school is required to retain. Please do not send identity or medical documents through a general website enquiry.

Declarations and signatures

Submitting records the parent/legal guardian’s typed name, selected declarations, medical consent or request for discussion, and the version of the registration pack. Acceptance, administrator/principal signoffs and any further signing requirements are confirmed by the school separately.

Enquiries

The website enquiry form sends your name, contact details and message to the school using Mailtrap email delivery. The school can reply to your supplied email address. Email and WhatsApp use their respective service providers; do not include identity, medical or other sensitive learner documents in a general enquiry.
